I had to have my chest stitches out this week, and it hurt! My community nurses came in force, one to hold me down, and one to remove the stitches. I cried a bucket load of tears! I now have two lines down my chest and seven scars which look like bullet wounds.
To cheer me up, I went shopping for my first pair of proper shoes from a proper shoe shop, I am walking around so much that I thought I needed some new ones. I was measured up properly to obtain my vital statistics, and I purchased a lovely pair of brown & pink cruisers, ace! I even had my photo taken in the shop for a keepsake, these paparazzi get everywhere, they are even going down my friend Alfie's throat to take a picture! Good luck Alfie, I will come and see you soon to compare notes from our echo scans.
This week I watched Children in Need, it had a little boy on who also has a poorly heart, he goes to a place called Zoe's Place so his mum and dad can have a rest. I have a friend called Matthew from Alder Hey who also goes there, he is really nice, he bought me a polar bear, not a real one silly, called M W Bear on the day I had my operation, which was really sweet!
I am settling back into my house nicely and playing with my toys loads, I have so much energy since my operation. My mummy and daddy look tired though, they can't keep up with me now, I am constantly on the move (with assistance) and I keep them up for all night parties, they must be getting old!

Hi Hannah
Glad to hear about your all night parties, I'm still having those most nights. Nothing nicer than seeing your Mum and Dad with lovely bags under their eyes - they are really old now!!! I thought as I'm getting a new brother or sister quite soon that I should make sure they will know who is top dog! They will never get the better of me!!!
Great to hear you are on the move and feeling much better - we will have to meet up sometime.
Kisses to you all - keep them on their toes!
Lots of love Cousin JoshuaXXX
