Introduction

Hello My name is Hannah Jade Storer and I have a poorly heart. This blog is to tell all my friends about how I am doing.

I was born in Macclesfield on Saturday 11th August 2007 and went home with my mum and dad 2 days later on Monday.

I had 2 lovely weeks at home and had lots of visits from many of my family and friends which I enjoyed very much. I have had lots of cards and presents and I would like to thank everybody for these kind gestures!

On Tuesday 28th August 2007 I was sent to Macclesfield hospital as I was feeling poorly. After some tests the doctores decided that I should have an adventure and go in an ambulance to Liverpool. I got lots of attention, they even sent some special doctors from the childrens hospital to hold my hand in the ambulance!

They drove me very fast (Even my dad couldn't keep up, he tells me he can drive go karts faster than all his friends, but I am not so sure!) and they took me to Intensive Care at Alder Hey Royal Childrens Hospital in Liverpool.

When I got there I was very poorly and the doctors had to help me to become stable and put me into my new room. My new room is yellow like my nursery at home and has lots of gadgets that I am wired upto.

I spent Tuesday night keeping lots of people very busy and making sure I kept mummy and daddy up all night! My nurses tonight were Claire and Claire, I got 2!!!!

Hello Hannah,
What an adventure you've been having. Sorry to have not been in touch sooner but I have a bad boss who doesn't let me use internet often. You are the bravest little girl ever, a trait you must have got from your mum and dad who are equally brave. I look forward to hearing more from you very soon. Me and Dave think about you and your parents lots and lots.
