Today I received a room upgrade! I have been moved from the Eastside to the Westside of the top of K2! I now have a private executive room all to myself! It has a television, a video and a window that overlooks the courtyard (Well the canteen).
The move from the East to the West constitutes being moved from the high dependency post op area to the 'normal' ward. It is ace because my mum gets to camp out with me at night! Soooo exiting!
However, I think the bullies live on the Eastside of the top of K2 because as soon as I moved into my executive room my specs got pinched! I am officially on the top of K2 without oxygen, a feat only achieved by a select few!
In the afternoon I got to sit in my bouncy chair and watch the golf with my daddy on my private TV and I wasn't sick!
I was looked after in the morning by Naomi and Sarah, in the afternoon by Maureen and by my mum at night (with a little bit of help from Rebecca) who gave me my medicines and everything. I have a feeling one of the nurses today might be the top of K2 bully because half my horse tranquilliser dose was pinched. I am only on a little bit now so I threw in a few cold turkey moments so they don't pinch it all!

Great to hear how well you are doing, keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll soon be home.
Make sure you behave yourself, specially now you've been upgraded to that nice new room.
Don't worry about being made to watch the golf, you'll soon learn footie's better!
